Looking for Icons
It is easy to spend hours exploring iconography in a new website design. After all, these powerful little pieces of pixel art take advantage of the cognitive process the mind undergoes as it makes sense out of shapes and colors and associates them with an action. They are the visual symbols through which the user is able to find their way around. It makes sense to not only approach iconography in a design for what it is, rather, what it will do.
